DESCRIPTION

31       This function will export the DSA public key's parameters found in  the
32       given   certificate.   The  new  parameters  will  be  allocated  using
33       gnutls_malloc() and will be stored in the appropriate datum.

RETURNS

36       GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS on success, otherwise a negative error code.
