DESCRIPTION

20       The iconv_close() function shall deallocate the  conversion  descriptor
21       cd and all other associated resources allocated by iconv_open().

23       If  a  file descriptor is used to implement the type iconv_t, that file
24       descriptor shall be closed.

RETURN VALUE

27       Upon successful completion, 0 shall be returned; otherwise, -1 shall be
28       returned and errno set to indicate the error.
