12 This manual page documents briefly the nemo command.
13 Nemo is the file manager for the Cinnamon desktop.

17 Nemo follows the usual GNU command line syntax, with long options
18 starting with two dashes (`-'). A summary of options is included below.

21 --geometry=GEOMETRY
23 Create the initial window with the given geometry.
24 -t
26 --tabs Open URIs in tabs.
28 --existing-window
30 Open URIs in an existing window.

33 --no-default-window
35 Only create windows for explicitly specified URIs.

38 Ignored - left for compatibility only.
39 --fix-cache
41 Repair the user thumbnail cache - this can be useful if you're
42 having trouble with file thumbnails. Must be run as root.

57 Ordinarily, nemo and nemo-desktop treat being run as the root user as
58 special, with certain restrictions and UI changes. This behavior can be
59 bypassed via a gsettings key. You can use the following command to en‐
