NAME

6       pipx  ensurepath  -  ensure directories necessary for pipx(1) operation
7       are in your PATH environment variable

SYNOPSIS

10       pipx ensurepath [-h] [--force]

DESCRIPTION

13       Ensure directory where pipx(1) stores apps is in your PATH  environment
14       variable.  Also if pipx(1) was installed via pip install --user, ensure
15       pipx(1) itself is in your PATH.

OPTIONS

18   OPTIONAL ARGUMENTS
19       -h, --help
20              Show a help message and exit

22       --force, -f
23              Add text to your shell’s config file even if it looks like  your
24              PATH  already  contains  paths  to pipx(1) and pipx(1)-installed
25              apps.

FILES

28       Note that running this may modify your  shell’s  configuration  file(s)
29       such as ~/.bashrc.
