DESCRIPTION

12       This script allows you to interact with an RT server over HTTP, and
13       offers an interface to RT's functionality that is better-suited to
14       automation and integration with other tools.

16       In general, each invocation of this program should specify an action to
17       perform on one or more objects, and any other arguments required to
18       complete the desired action.
