NAME

6       sjisconv  - convert a TeX document in SJIS encoding into `preprocessed'

SYNOPSIS

10       sjisconv < infile > outfile

DESCRIPTION

13       SJIS encoding for Japanese uses the characters {, }, and \  which  have
14       special meanings in TeX documents.

16       After  processing  a  LaTeX 2e  document which contains SJIS characters
17       with sjisconv you need not care about these special characters.

19       This filter is part of the CJK macro package for LaTeX 2e.
