DESCRIPTION

28       With this function you are allowed to override the default mutex  locks
29       used  in  some  parts  of gnutls and dependent libraries. This function
30       should be used if you have complete control of  your  program  and  li‐
31       braries.   Do not call this function from a library, or preferably from
32       any application unless really needed to. GnuTLS will use the  appropri‐
33       ate locks for the running system.

35       Note  that  since  the move to implicit initialization of GnuTLS on li‐
36       brary load, calling this function will deinitialize  the  library,  and
37       re-initialize it after the new locking functions are set.

39       This function must be called prior to any other gnutls function.
