DESCRIPTION

17       If SETER's internal error flag is non-zero, the FORTRAN statement "CALL
18       EPRIN" prints the remembered error message associated with the non-zero
19       value.  Otherwise, EPRIN does nothing.

C-BINDING DESCRIPTION

24       The C-binding argument descriptions are the same as the FORTRAN
