DESCRIPTION

23       Get  the  PSKC KeyPackage Key Policy PINPolicy MaxFailedAttempts value.
24       This attribute indicates the maximum number of times the PIN may be en‐
25       tered  wrongly  before  it  MUST NOT be possible to use the key anymore
26       (typical reasonable values are in the  positive  integer  range  of  at
27       least 2 and no more than 10).

29       If  present  is non-NULL, it will be 0 if the field is not present or 1
