NAME

6       cksum - compute and verify file checksums

9       cksum [OPTION]... [FILE]...

DESCRIPTION

12       Print or verify checksums.  By default use the 32 bit CRC algorithm.

14       With no FILE, or when FILE is -, read standard input.

16       Mandatory  arguments  to  long  options are mandatory for short options

20              select the digest type to use.  See DIGEST below.
