SYNOPSIS

9       dovecot-sysreport   [-h|--help]   [-c|--core   [binary]   core   [...]]

DESCRIPTION

13       dovecot-sysreport is a utility that should be used to  gather  informa‐
14       tion  from  the current system to be reported for dovecot bug fixes. It
15       will collect dovecot's ps output, service status, process  status,  up‐
16       time  command's output, error log, stats dump and if given, a core file
17       along with its binary dependencies.

OPTIONS

20       -h|--help
21              Prints a help message.

23       -c|--config root_config_file
24              Sets the root file of the dovecot's configuration. If  not  set,
25              it will be assumed to be in the default configuration path.

27       -o|--core [binary] core [...]]
28              Includes core files along with their dependencies extracted from
29              the specified binary file.

31       -d|--destination dest
32              Sets the file location which the report archive  should  be  put
33              to.  The  default  value  is  dovecot-sysreport-<hostname>-<cur‐
34              rent_timestamp>.tar.gz in the current path.

37              If set, temp files would not be deleted at the end.
