NAME

6       pdfcrack - Password recovery tool for PDF-files

SYNOPSIS

9       pdfcrack [ -f ] FILE [OPTION]...

DESCRIPTION

12       PDFCrack is a tool for recovering passwords and content from PDF-files.

14       If  aborted  with Ctrl-C or by receiving a SIGINT signal, pdfcrack will
15       automatically save current position. The position will be  saved  in  a
16       file called savedstate.sav in current working directory.

18       Mandatory  arguments  for  long options are mandatory for short options
19       too.

OPTIONS

22        -b, --bench
23              perform benchmark and exit

25        -c, --charset=STRING
26              Use the characters in STRING as charset

28       -w, --wordlist=FILE
29              Use FILE as source of passwords to try

31       -n, --minpw=INTEGER
32              Skip trying passwords shorter than INTEGER

35              Stop when reaching this INTEGER passwordlength

38               Continue from the state saved in FILE
