DESCRIPTION

22       The functionality described on this reference page is aligned with  the
23       ISO C  standard.  Any  conflict between the requirements described here
24       and the ISO C standard is unintentional. This  volume  of  POSIX.1‐2017
25       defers to the ISO C standard.

27       These  functions  shall compute the complex arc hyperbolic cosine of z,
28       with a branch cut at values less than 1 along the real axis.

RETURN VALUE

31       These functions shall return the complex arc hyperbolic  cosine  value,
32       in the range of a half-strip of non-negative values along the real axis
33       and in the interval [-iπ, +iπ] along the imaginary axis.
