DESCRIPTION

13       Usually you do not want to "hardcode" an unconditional promotion
14       attempt of DRBD resources, because you usually cannot know a-priory
15       whether this instance of DRBD will have access to good data (yet).

17       So this is intended to be used for conditional promotion, for example
18       using drbd-reactor to monitor DRBD internal states and react on
19       specific state changes to try and bring up the
20       drbd-services@RESNAME.target, starting with this unit and following the
21       dependency chain of services as specified in the corresponding
22       drbd-reactor promoter plugin configuration.
