9       clang-tblgen [options] [filename]

DESCRIPTION

12       clang-tblgen  is  a program that translates compiler-related target de‐
13       scription (.td) files into C++ code  and  other  output  formats.  Most
14       users  of  LLVM  will not need to use this program. It is used only for
15       writing parts of the compiler.
