DESCRIPTION

12       Ttftotype42  converts  TrueType or TrueType-flavored OpenType font pro‐
13       grams into PostScript Type 42 format, which is a wrapper for the  True‐
14       Type  outlines.  This conversion preserves all outlines and hint infor‐
15       mation from the original TrueType font. The Type 42 wrapper uses  glyph
16       names  identical  to  those  expected by pdflatex(1) or otftotfm(1), so
17       encoding files suitable for TrueType fonts and pdflatex will also  work
18       for  the  Type 42 fonts and dvips(1).  If the file output is not speci‐
19       fied output goes to the standard output.  If  the  file  input  is  not
20       specified input comes from the standard input.

OPTIONS

23       -o file, --output file
24            Write output font to file instead of the standard output.

26       -q, --quiet
27            Do not generate any error messages.

30            Print usage information and exit.

33            Print  the  version number and some short non-warranty information
