18       cap         Primary Controller Capabilities data structure to populate

DESCRIPTION

21       Perform  an Identify command to get the Primary Controller Capabilities
22       data for the controller specified by cntid

24       Will return an error if the length of the response data (from the  con‐
25       troller) is not a full NVME_IDENTIFY_DATA_SIZE, so cap will be be fully
26       populated on success.
