DESCRIPTION

22       This function will associate the prestate acquired by  the  cookie  au‐
23       thentication with the client, with the newly established session.

25       This     functions     must    be    called    after    a    successful
26       gnutls_dtls_cookie_verify() and should be succeeded by the actual  DTLS
27       handshake using gnutls_handshake().
