DESCRIPTION

22       Set the PSKC KeyPackage Key AlgorithmParameters  ResponseFormat  Check‐
23       Digits value.  This attribute indicates whether the device needs to ap‐
24       pend a Luhn check digit, as defined in [ISOIEC7812], to  the  response.
25       This is only valid if the 'Encoding' attribute is set to 'DECIMAL'.  If
26       the value is TRUE, then the device will append a Luhn  check  digit  to
27       the response.  If the value is FALSE, then the device will not append a
28       Luhn check digit to the response.
