NAME

6       XMLwriter - A base class for the Excel::Writer::XLSX writer classes.

DESCRIPTION

9       This module is used by Excel::Writer::XLSX for writing XML documents.
10       It is a light weight re-implementation of XML::Writer.

12       XMLwriter is approximately twice as fast as XML::Writer. This speed is
13       achieved at the expense of error and correctness checking. In addition
14       not all of the XML::Writer methods are implemented. As such, XMLwriter
15       is not recommended for use outside of Excel::Writer::XLSX.
