DESCRIPTION

13       The Vici::Transport module is needed by the Vici::Packet module to send
14       and receive packets over the UNIX socket used in the communication with
15       the open source strongSwan IPsec daemon (https://www.strongswan.com)
16       via the documented Versatile IKE Configuration Interface (VICI). VICI
17       allows the onfiguration, management and monitoring of multiple IPsec
18       connections.
