DESCRIPTION

16       DSA_new() allocates and initializes a DSA structure. It is equivalent
17       to calling DSA_new_method(NULL).

19       DSA_free() frees the DSA structure and its components. The values are
20       erased before the memory is returned to the system.  If dsa is NULL
21       nothing is done.

RETURN VALUES

24       If the allocation fails, DSA_new() returns NULL and sets an error code
25       that can be obtained by ERR_get_error(3). Otherwise it returns a
26       pointer to the newly allocated structure.

28       DSA_free() returns no value.
