6       ibcheckport - validate IB port and report errors

SYNOPSIS

10       ibcheckport  [-h]  [-v]  [-N | -nocolor] [-G] [-C ca_name] [-P ca_port]
11       [-t(imeout) timeout_ms]  <lid|guid> <port>

DESCRIPTION

15       Check connectivity and do some simple sanity checks for  the  specified
16       port.  Port address is a lid unless -G option is used to specify a GUID
17       address.

OPTIONS

21       -G      use GUID address argument. In most cases, it is the Port GUID.
22               Example:
23               "0x08f1040023"

25       -v      increase the verbosity level

27       -N | -nocolor use mono rather than color mode

29       -C <ca_name>    use the specified ca_name.

31       -P <ca_port>    use the specified ca_port.

33       -t <timeout_ms> override the default timeout for the solicited mads.
