9       my_print_defaults [options] option_group ...

DESCRIPTION

12       my_print_defaults displays the options that are present in option
13       groups of option files. The output indicates what options are used by
14       programs that read the specified option groups. For example, the
15       mysqlcheck program reads the [mysqlcheck] and [client] option groups.
16       To see what options are present in those groups in the standard option
17       files, invoke my_print_defaults like this:

19           $> my_print_defaults mysqlcheck client
20           --user=myusername

24       The output consists of options, one per line, in the form that they
25       would be specified on the command line.

27       my_print_defaults supports the following options.

29       •   --help, -?  Display a help message and exit.

31       •   --config-file=file_name, --defaults-file=file_name, -c file_name
32           Read only the given option file.

34       •   --debug=debug_options, -# debug_options Write a debugging log. A
35           typical debug_options string is d:t:o,file_name. The default is
36           d:t:o,/tmp/my_print_defaults.trace.

39           file_name Read this option file after the global option file but
40           (on Unix) before the user option file.
