6       uchardet - Universal Charset Detector

DESCRIPTION

9       uchardet  CLI  is an encoding detector utility, which takes one or sev‐
10       eral files in unknown character encoding without any additional  infor‐
11       mation,  and  attempts to determine the encoding of the texts. Returned
12       encoding names are iconv-compatible.
