16                   An initialized authority key identifier

19                   The  DER-encoded  extension  data;  must  be  freed   using
20                   gnutls_free().

DESCRIPTION

23       This function will convert the provided key identifier to a DER-encoded
24       PKIX AuthorityKeyIdentifier extension.  The output data in  ext will be
25       allocated using gnutls_malloc().

RETURNS

28       On  success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS (0) is returned, otherwise a negative er‐
29       ror value.
