DESCRIPTION

14       The DES-X encryption algorithm for EVP.

RETURN VALUES

32       These functions return an EVP_CIPHER structure that contains the
33       implementation of the symmetric cipher. See EVP_CIPHER_meth_new(3) for
34       details of the EVP_CIPHER structure.
