OPTIONS

19       -b     Bind on the last cpu. (shortcut for -c <lastcpu>)

22              Comma/hyphen separated list of CPUs to run deadline tasks on

27              The shortest deadline for the tasks

29       -p PERCENT
30              The percent of bandwidth to use (1-90%)

33              The percent of runtime for execution completion (default 100%)
