NAME

6       pvfs2-drop-caches – flush I/O cache on OrangeFS servers

SYNOPSIS

9       pvfs2-drop-caches [-m fs_mount_point]

DESCRIPTION

12       The  pvfs2-drop-caches utility requests that each OrangeFS server flush
13       the operating system I/O cache.

15       The options are as follows:

17       -m     Specify the file system to operate on.

ENVIRONMENT

20       PVFS2_DEBUGFILE
21              If set to the path of a local file, redirect debug output to it.

23       PVFS2_DEBUGMASK
24              Set the OrangeFS debug mask.  Possible masks are  documented  in
25              pvfs2-set-debugmask(1).

27       PVFS2TAB_FILE
28              If set, the full pathname for an alternate pvfs2tab file
