DESCRIPTION

17       PNAM        (an input constant or variable of type CHARACTER) specifies
18                   the name of the parameter to be set. The name must appear
19                   as the first two characters of the string. If the internal
20                   parameter is one of the two (´BC´ and ´CC´) that are
21                   arrays, the index of the desired array element may appear,
22                   enclosed in parentheses, in columns 3 and following. Other
23                   characters may be used to document the use of the parameter
24                   being retrieved; for example, instead of just ´MA´, one can
25                   use ´MA - MAPPING FLAG´ and, instead of ´CC(10)´, one can
26                   use ´CC(10) - SPECIAL COLOR 10´.

28       CVAL        (an input constant or variable of type CHARACTER) is the
29                   value to be assigned to the internal parameter specified by
30                   PNAM.

33       The C-binding argument descriptions are the same as the FORTRAN
34       argument descriptions.

37       This routine allows you to set the current value of Plotchar
38       parameters.  For a complete list of parameters available in this

ACCESS

46       To use PCSETC or c_pcsetc, load the NCAR Graphics libraries ncarg,
