10 language. It is not intended to be used directly (other Date::Manip

20 When writing out the name of the month, several different

471 In writing out dates in common forms, there are a number of words
472 that are typically not important.
473 There is frequently a word that appears in a phrase to designate
475 that a time is going to be specified next. In English, you would
476 use the word AT in the example:

508 There are some words that can be used to specify a date, a time, or
509 both relative to now.
510 Words that set the date are similar to the English words
512 'yesterday' or 'tomorrow'. These are specified as a delta which is
513 added to the current time to get a date. The time is NOT set
514 however, so the delta is only partially used (it should only
515 include year, month, week, and day fields).

523 Words that set only the time of day are similar to the English

542 Hour/Minute/Second separators
544 When specifying the time of day, the most common separator is a
545 colon (:) which can be used for both separators.
546 Some languages use different pairs. For example, French allows you
548 to specify the time as 13h30:20, so it would use the following

553 The first column is the hour-minute separator and the second column
555 is the minute-second separator. Both are perl regular expressions.
556 When creating a new translation, be aware that regular expressions
557 with utf-8 characters may be tricky. For example, don't include
558 the expression '[x]' where 'x' is a utf-8 character.
559 A pair of colons is ALWAYS allowed for all languages. If a
561 language allows additional pairs, they are listed here:

564 Fractional second separator
566 When specifying fractional seconds, the most common way is to use a
567 decimal point (.). Some languages may specify a different
568 separator that might be used. If this is done, it is a regular
569 expression.
570 The decimal point is ALWAYS allowed for all languages. If a
