DESCRIPTION

13       @pkgconfdir@/extmap.conf is the configuration file used by afpd to
14       specify file name extension mappings.

16       The configuration lines are composed like:

18       .extension
19        [ type [ creator ] ]

21       Any line beginning with a hash (“#”) character is ignored. The
22       leading-dot lines specify file name extension mappings. The extension
23       '.' sets the default creator and type for otherwise untyped Unix files.

EXAMPLES

26       Example. Extension is jpg. Type is "JPEG". Creator is "ogle".
