NAME

6       fapolicy-analyzer - Configuration and log analysis for fapolicyd

SYNOPSIS

9       Provides GTK+3 tools to assist with the configuration and management of
10       fapolicyd.

12       There are four tools provided with the application:

14         1. Trust Administration - View and edit the fapolicyd trust database,
15       including discrepancies between disk and trust.
16         2. Rule Administration - Author fapolicyd rules in a graphical editor
17       with syntax highlighting and linting.
18         3. Policy Profiling - Execute applications in passive mode, capturing
19       the logging output for analysis.
20         4.  Log  Analysis  -  View fapolicyd log data in graphical components
21       that enable resolution of trust discrepancies.

DESCRIPTION

25       File Access Policy Analyzer is a GUI tool to assist with the configura‐
26       tion and management of fapolicyd.

NOTES

30       The   application   configuration  is  located  ~/.config/fapolicy-ana‐
31       lyzer/config.toml.
32       The application entrypoint will use polkit to  escalate  privileges  if
33       sudo is not used.

37       -v, --verbose
38              Enable verbose mode to increase logging output.
