6       isogmt - Run GMT command or script in isolation mode

9       isogmt command

DESCRIPTION

12       isogmt  runs  a  single  GMT command or shell script in isolation mode.
13       This means that the files .gmtcommands4 and .gmtdefaults4 will be  read
14       from  the  usual  locations  (current directory, ~/.gmt, or home direc‐
15       tory), but changes will only be written in a temporary directory, which
16       will  be  removed  after execution. The name of the temporary directory
17       will be available to the command or script as the environment  variable
18       GMT_TMPDIR.
