DESCRIPTION

14       This program is part of Netpbm(1).

16       ppmspread reads a PPM image as input and moves every pixel around a bit
17       relative to its original position. amount determines by how many pixels
18       a pixel is to be moved around at most.

20       Pictures  processed with this filter will seem to be somewhat dissolved
21       or unfocussed (although they appear more coarse than  images  processed
22       by something like pnmconvol).
