6       ginq_char_expan  (Inquire  character  expansion factor) - retrieves the

DESCRIPTION

15       err_ind     (Output) - If the inquired value cannot  be  returned  cor‐
16                   rectly,  a non-zero error indicator is returned in err_ind,
17                   otherwise a zero is returned.  Consult  "User's  Guide  for
18                   NCAR  GKS-0A  Graphics" for a description of the meaning of
19                   the error indicators.

21       char_expan  (Output) - Contains the  current  value  of  the  character
22                   expansion  factor  as  set  by  default  or  by  a  call to
23                   gset_char_expan.

26       To use the GKS C-binding  routines,  load  the  ncarg_gks  and  ncarg_c
