DESCRIPTION

14       pvchange allows you to change the allocation permissions of one or more
15       physical volumes.

OPTIONS

20       -a, --all
21              If PhysicalVolumePath is not specified on the command  line  all
22              physical volumes are searched for and used.

24       -x, --allocatable y/n
25              Enable  or disable allocation of physical extents on this physi‐
26              cal volume.

Example

29       "pvchange -x n /dev/sdk1" disallows the allocation of physical  extents
30       on this physical volume (possibly because of disk errors, or because it
31       will be removed after freeing it.
