NAME

6       ypcat - print values in a NIS database

SYNOPSIS

9       ypcat [-kx] [-d ypdomain] mname

DESCRIPTION

13       The  ypcat command prints out values in the NIS name service map speci‐
14       fied by mname, which may be either a map name or a map nickname.  Since
15       ypcat uses the NIS network services, no NIS server is specified.

OPTIONS

21       -k             Display  the keys for those maps in which the values are
22                      null or the key is not part of the value.  None  of  the
23                      maps  derived  from  files that have an ASCII version in
24                      /etc fall into this class.

27       -d ypdomain    Specify a domain other than the default domain.

30       -x             Display map nicknames.
