DESCRIPTION

13       The  idmapd  daemon  maps  Windows Security Identifiers (SIDs) to POSIX
14       Identifiers (UIDs/GIDs) and conversely.

77       vice, such as enabling, disabling, or  restarting  the  service.  These
78       actions  require  the  solaris.smf.manage.idmap  authorization. Use the
