DESCRIPTION

16       A  query  function that returns the channels public field of a mediaLib
17       image structure. The data type of the image can be MLIB_BIT, MLIB_BYTE,
18       MLIB_SHORT, MLIB_USHORT, MLIB_INT, MLIB_FLOAT, or MLIB_DOUBLE.

PARAMETERS

21       The function takes the following arguments:

27       The function returns the number of channels in an image.
