DESCRIPTION

17       The mlib_VideoDownSample422() function performs down sampling rate con‐
18       version used in JPEG File Interchange Format (JFIF).

PARAMETERS

21       The function takes the following arguments:

23       dst    Pointer to destination row. dst must be 8-byte aligned.

26       src    Pointer to source row. src must be 8-byte aligned.

29       n      Length of source rows. n must be greater than 1.

RETURN VALUES

33       The function returns MLIB_SUCCESS if successful. Otherwise  it  returns
