DESCRIPTION

25       This function will return a specific policy as stored in the   policies
26       structure.  The returned values should be treated as constant and valid
27       for the lifetime of  policies .

RETURNS

30       On      success,      GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS      (0)      is       returned,
31       GNUTLS_E_REQUESTED_DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE  if  the  index is out of bounds,
32       otherwise a negative error value.
