DESCRIPTION

Open a midi file, that you have buffered in memory, for processing.

      midibuffer

size This is the size of the midi file in bytes that is stored in
             memory.

RETURN VALUE

Returns NULL on error, otherwise returns a handle for the midi buffer
      opened.
