DESCRIPTION

19       Used to disabled padding in TLS 1.0 and above.   Normally  you  do  not
20       need to use this function, but there are buggy clients that complain if
21       a server pads the encrypted data.  This of course will disable  protec‐
22       tion against statistical attacks on the data.

24       Normally  only  servers  that require maximum compatibility with every‐
25       thing out there, need to call this function.
