DESCRIPTION

24       Convert UTF-8 domain name to ASCII string.  The domain name may contain
25       several  labels,  separated by dots.  The output buffer must be deallo‐
26       cated by the caller.

RETURN VALUE

29       Returns IDNA_SUCCESS on success, or error code.
