9       [DBValue] defaultGetRow( DBIncResult<a>  res )

DESCRIPTION

12       Databases  that  do  not  support incremental retrieval should use this
13       function as the getrow field of their DB.DBHandle (3kaya)
14        It  will  throw  the  Builtins.Not_Implemented  (3kaya)  Exception  if
15       called.
