DESCRIPTION

12       Fork  a new process, returning the process ID of the new process in the
13       parent process, or zero in  the  child  process.  An  Posix.OutOfMemory
14       (3kaya)  or  Posix.OverResourceLimit  (3kaya)  if the process cannot be
15       created.
