6       Time::cookieTime - Return a HTTP Cookie expiry time

ARGUMENTS

12       t The Time, which must be in the UTC (+0000) timezone.

DESCRIPTION

15       This  function  returns a String representing a time in the format used
16       by HTTP Cookies, which is almost the same as RFC2822 but  differs  from
17       it  in  a  few  ways for no apparent reason. This format should only be
18       used for HTTP cookies, and not for any other purpose.
