DESCRIPTION

16       Returns an WebCommon.Uploaded (3kaya) for the first user-uploaded  file
17       with  the  specified  key,  or  throws  a WebCommon.NotIncoming (3kaya)

20       This is generaly easier than using WebCommon.incomingFiles  (3kaya)  if
21       you are expecting multiple files.
