ARGUMENTS

13       ptr A pointer to a foreign structure.

15       bsize The size of the structure in bytes.

DESCRIPTION

18       Create a new and initialised block for binary data. Note that the  con‐
19       tents  of  the block are the structure, not a copy of it, so any writes
20       made here will affect the foreign structure.
